The name Villa Capriata comes from the current owners, the company Capriata s.r.l. It’s located in Castenaso (BO) via Marano n. 19, immersed in nature and sourrended by a century park of 25.000 metres wide. A private church that goes back to 1600 is included in the property.

Villa Capriata was built by Mr. Lucio Barbani in 1872, and designed by architect Luigi Pondrelli as the people can read on a sign in the external wall at the third floor. Villa Capriat used to be a private property until 2006, and since the 2007 it has been destinated as location of event.
